The project involves the construction of a new Technical, Commercial, and Teacher Training Institute in Pantelleria, consisting of two separate buildings: one for classrooms and administrative offices, and the other for a gym. The school building has two floors above ground and a basement. The mezzanine level houses four classrooms, three laboratories, a library with an archive and catalog, administrative and principal offices, a multimedia room, a staff room, and a lecture hall. The basement, accessible via an internal staircase, houses an archive, storage, and a utility room.

The first floor, accessible via two internal staircases and three elevators, contains 18 classrooms, three laboratories, and restrooms. The gym, located at the rear of the classroom block, has two entrances, a grandstand, changing rooms, restrooms, offices, and storage areas. The school building features a simple and functional design, with large, bright spaces. The classrooms, laboratories, and library have a clear height of 3.20 meters, ensuring a comfortable learning environment. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete, with inverted beam foundations and brick-cement floors.

The external walls are made of brick or pumice cement blocks, plastered and insulated, while the internal partitions are made of perforated bricks. The internal window frames are made of hardwood covered with plastic laminate, while the external ones are made of thermally broken laminated wood, both equipped with safety glass. The school's exterior features ample parking and green areas planted with trees, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The choice of materials, the layout of the spaces, and the attention to architectural details contribute to creating a stimulating and comfortable learning environment.
