The facility is composed of six units, each designed to accommodate a specific number of residents, with a particular focus on those with Alzheimer's disease, for whom eight spaces have been reserved. This division allows for personalized and targeted care, which is essential for improving the residents' quality of life. A crucial aspect of the design is the elimination of architectural barriers. The spaces were designed to be easily accessible to everyone, including those with limited mobility. Elements such as the bar counter were designed on two levels, facilitating interaction and access for all guests.
